4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Prices are shown in Euro. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

4.3. Payment can be made by most major credit/debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of order placement.
4.4. You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours. All card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.

5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are shown at the checkout and are confirmed in your order confirmation.
5.2. We will deliver the products to the address you specified during the order process.
5.3. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you are not available, a card may be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
5.4. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Faulty Goods

6.2. Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately. We will, at our discretion, replace the goods or issue a refund.
6.3. Non-Faulty Returns: Goods must be returned in their original, unused, and saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty goods.
